ABOUT US
We deal in a wide variety of overstocks, unclaimed and lost freight, close-outs and other merchandise liquidations and pass the savings on to you. While not expert on all that comes
through, we are happy to answer questions and provide additional photos, prior to purchase.
HOURS
Monday-Friday 9 AM - 3 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time). Closed Saturday and Sunday. Payments and emails received after 3 PM MST or on National Holidays, will be shipped/answered the next business day.
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
We are prepaid only and accept Paypal and/or Bank Wire if preapproved. We can process payments through Paypal Invoice. No phone payments. We accept Paypal e-checks from US buyers. E-check orders will not ship until check clears (between 5-7 business days after payment is received). Utah residents pay sales tax. Items cannot be held until paid. Items won't ship until paid.
SHIPPING
Orders will ship same business day if payment is received by 3 PM MST excluding holidays.
Orders will ship next business day if payment is received after 3 PM MST excluding holidays.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping options and costs are based on the weight of the item and dimensions of the box along with distance from us (Utah, USA) to you. If you don't feel like the shipping prices are accurate, you can reach out to us to verify or we can ship on your label (if shipping address matches the address you specify when paid). We reserve the right to modify shipping price if cost is calculated incorrectly.
SHIPPING METHOD
Standard and express delivery method choices are available at checkout. We ship using the method you select and pay for at purchase. Once an item has shipped, we have no control over
delivery time. By bidding/purchasing, you accept potentially longer delivery times due to circumstances beyond our control.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Faster shipping methods may have early cut off times. Your payment must be received with sufficient time to process, pack and drop off before their cut off time and requires payment be
received by 1 PM MST. USPS Domestic Express shipping requires payment by 1 PM MST.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Import duties, taxes and other customs charges are NOT included and are the buyer's responsibility. Please contact your country's customs office to verify these additional costs
prior to purchase. These charges are normally collected by the shipping company at delivery and are not additional shipping charges. For orders refused at customs, your purchase and payment acknowledges your agreement to our retention of shipping costs and 20% restocking fee if order is returned to us. We have no control over delays through customs.
Customs documents will show full value of your purchase as required by US and International government regulations.
DAMAGED ITEM
If an item arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment for expedited claim processing. If you don't notice a damaged item until opened or weren't able to refuse the shipment, contact us
immediately. You must keep all packing materials in order to process claims quickly. If you do not keep all packing material, we cannot process a damage claim or accept a return. If you return the item to us before a shipping company pickup or inspection, we cannot process a damage claim or accept the return.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All returns require prior approval before being returned. Items returned without prior communication
and approval from us will not be accepted or refunded. Always contact us first as we will do our best to provide a positive buying experience.
Pre approved returns on items that are defective or not as described must be returned in the same condition as sent and received within 30 days from the purchase date or PO date, whichever is sooner. Upon return, we will ship a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund of the purchase price (if a replacement is not available).
Pre approved returns on items that are "as listed" unwanted/unneeded will be refunded less shipping and a 20% restocking fee if received in same condition sent and within 30 days of date of purchase.
Items listed and sold AS IS, not working or for parts will not be accepted for return. No refunds will be issued on items when the listing description specifies the item is sold AS IS and no returns
will be accepted.
Pre approved returns that are received beyond 30 days after the purchase date in same condition as sent, will be refunded less shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Your purchase and payment acts as acknowledgement and agreement to these terms and conditions, which supersede any other PO/ terms.
