A customer has returned this unit stating, "The device is locked under Cisco s Smart Licensing as Export-Controlled Functionality: NOT ALLOWED. The hardware encryption engine is disabled, making it impossible to use 3DES/AES ciphers or VPN. It cannot be unlocked in my environment." We aren't sure if that's just for the specific customers environment, or if it's also unusable for others, so we're selling it as-is for parts/repair.
